The training of Customer's staff is customized and adapted to the real needs, assessed during the project analysis.

The training can focus both on the functional application use and on technical aspects related to the product parameterization, the report configuration and the customization of DNA windows through the powerful tools provided by ITACME with scripting functions.

As a result, recipients of the courses offered by ITACME Informatica may be different entities against which we can plan training sessions depending on the Company role: end users, system administrators/ITC staff or department managers interested in the analysis tools offered by the application.
