DNA Quality Management holds the functions of complaints handling from customers and suppliers. The available functions are obviously different, however have as common element, the way to generate the appropriate documents for the accounting management of the complaint.


It is possible setting the documents which the process ends with, defining specifically for customers and suppliers. This way you can customize the document used for each of the two flows (customer and supplier).


The complaint can be completed in different ways according to the agreements with the supplier or customer; among the parameterization options of the procedures we can have: the replacement of the part, the repair, the issue of credit or debit notes, the return of the part with the consequent accounting process.
