What does this mean? It means to be able to make always available a document, a drawing, a spreadsheet, associating it to a functional context of the ERP.
For example you can store the supplier's invoice with its booking: recalling the booking you can also show the supplier's invoice. Or give a chance to your factory to show the product design directly in the ward, or to attach to the customer’s order a specific document, and so on.
