The company was founded in 1994 with the idea to build, from scratch, a new comprehensive management system covering all the needs of a manufacturing company, able to take advantage of those who, at the time, were considered new and pioneering technologies in order to offer Companies a product in a client - server architecture, with a friendly graphical user interface based on a relational database. ITACME was then immediately focused on the development and services of software solutions for the integrated management of manufacturing and trading Companies.
As early as 1995 the DNA product takes shape in a definite and significant version and in that year begin the first deployments and installations in those Customers who believed in the possibility of being able to detach from the prevailing technologies of the time, then proved obsolete.
Since 1996 the functional and technological product consolidation takes place and ITACM moves to the current offices of Cesena and opens the offices in Bologna.
In 1999 kicks off the project to develop the second release of the product, with the intention of extend the functional and technical features in order to be able, even then, to act as a reference in the Italian market of information technology solutions.
In 2001, with the presentation of the second product release and the increasing in staff, ITACME moves to the current offices in Bologna and consolidates its presence in the market by ensuring Customers a new version fully compatible with the previous one, which allowed them the opportunity to use, in total security, a renewed product with superior features. The product, already multi-companies and functionally complete, becomes multi-languages.
An important milestone is reached, between the years 2003 - 2006, through the consolidation of relationships with important Italian customers, belonging to different business markets and DNA Manufacturing Solutions product proves to be a safe, flexible and complete solution, able to answer to the different needs of Customers and ITACME becomes the benchmark for the competence of the staff and the completeness of the solution.
In 2007, kicks off project to develop the third release of the product, to keep it aligned to the new and growing needs of both technology and market, always considering the investments made and the full compatibility with previous year versions. In this release are available to customers both web solutions and specific departmental features.
In 2008 the third release is deployed and starts the design to achieve the complete localization of DNA Manufacturing Solutions product for the markets China and USA. This means the product is developed Unicode, so to allow the display of Chinese ideograms in DNA form windows.
In 2009, after only 12 months, the first successful installation in China is made, Jiangsu province north of Shanghai, complete with all the necessary features to meet the needs of a manufacturing Company.
In 2012 begins the design of the fourth release of the product. In the same year the deployment of DNA standard ERP Manufacturing Solutions in the USA, South Carolina State, takes shape. Also in this case the solution is complete with all the features to solve the requirements of a manufacturing Company.
In 2014, twenty years later the start of ITACME activity, the release of DNA 4 is delivered: a product that collects inside all the experiences of the previous versions, with useful and interesting new functional and technological features. In order to guarantee the investments made by our Customers that have trusted us over the years.
